PAK888 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and pak888 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of any part of pak888 — including the website, mobile app, game lobby, casino section, sports betting, fish games, promotions and all associated services — is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Your acceptance is confirmed by any of the following actions: completing the account registration process, ticking the agreement checkbox during sign-up, logging into an existing pak888 account, making a deposit in PKR, or placing any wager on any game or sports market available on the platform. Use of pak888 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. The platform operates exclusively for adult players. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

pak888 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld until verification is completed. Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will be forfeited.

You are also confirming that:

• You are not registering on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pak888 or had an account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant or close family member of an employee of pak888 or its affiliated service providers.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on pak888. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, with different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and balances frozen pending review.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. pak888 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate account details provided at registration or left uncorrected.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. pak888 will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as activity you have authorised. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact the support team immediately and change your password.

pak888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing review. Standard KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and proof of the payment method being used.

All transactions on pak888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets. Available methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are processed as quickly as the relevant payment provider allows. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically near-instant. Bank transfers and card transactions may take longer depending on your financial institution. pak888 does not apply platform-side deposit fees, though your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees which are outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. pak888 will not process withdrawals to a payment method that differs from the one used to fund the account, except where the original method is no longer available. All withdrawals must comply with any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to the account at the time of the request.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business processing windows may be queued and processed on the next available working cycle.
• pak888 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures prior to processing large withdrawals.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to the gaming account.

pak888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account in your own name. Deposits suspected to originate from third parties may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

General bonus terms that apply across all pak888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirement specified for that promotion before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per offer) must be staked before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Different game types contribute different percentages towards bonus wagering. Slot games typically carry the highest contribution. Live casino table game contributions vary per promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to completing wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion or exploitation of system errors will be cancelled and the account reviewed.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. To be eligible, you must opt in to the promotion at the time of depositing where stated — retrospective bonus claims for past deposits will not be processed.

All games available on pak888 — including live casino, slots, fish games, table games, sports betting and esports — are governed by the rules of the respective game or market as displayed within the game interface or sports betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Bets are final once confirmed. It is not possible to cancel or modify a confirmed bet or wager. In the event of a technical error affecting a game round — such as a disconnection, server error or data feed interruption — the outcome will be determined by the platform's recorded server data, which is considered authoritative.

pak888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. The RNG systems used by the studios whose titles appear on pak888 are independently audited. Results are determined at the moment a game round is initiated and cannot be influenced by any action taken after the spin or deal is confirmed.

For live casino games, the outcome is determined by the physical result of the dealer's actions (card dealing, wheel spin, etc.) as captured by the live stream. In the rare event of a dispute between the on-screen display and the physical game result, the physical result as determined by the live studio takes precedence.

Settlement of bets follows standard industry rules for each sport. In-play bets are accepted up to the point the market is suspended. Void bets are returned to the player's balance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pak888 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with games outside of normal human interaction.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or sports betting markets.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, or systematically exploiting promotional structures in a way not intended by the promotion terms.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes. pak888 complies with applicable anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform in a way that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the platform.

pak888 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals placed on hold. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the platform reserves the right to close the account, void any associated bets and forfeit any balance.

All content available on pak888 — including but not limited to the platform design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, audio, video and any other material — is either owned by pak888 or used under licence from the relevant rights holders, including third-party game studios such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Jili, Evolution and others.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak888 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written permission of pak888 or the relevant rights holder.

• Any loss of winnings, profit or data arising from technical failures, disconnections or interruptions during a game session.

• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded. pak888's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim is limited to the PKR amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

pak888 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
